Bangkok--19 Oct--PR ONE NETWORK Fujitsu (Thailand) Co., Ltd., led by Mr. Eiji Furukawa, Managing Director (5th from left) and Ms. Krittinee Sivakul, Head of HR & Administration Group (8th from left), along with over 100 employees, participated in forestation activity through collaboration with PTT's Reforestation Institute, led by Ms. Napak Karnasuta, Head of Reforestation Knowledge Department, PTT Reforestation Institute, which provides knowledge for reforestation and forest restoration, along with Administrative Organization of Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict, led by Mr. Nitipat Yutcharoenkij, Chief Executive of Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict Administrative Organization, which provides and oversees reforestation areas. Under this collaboration Fujitsu has initiated the five-year project dubbed "Fujitsu We Care #2017-2021" 2 rai area. During the first year, Fujitsu plans to plant 400 trees, including perennial plants and fast-growing trees such as Shorea henryana, Anan, Iron Wood, Siamese Rosewood, Yang Na, Wild Mutmeg, Millettia brandisiana, Cowa, etc. And for the next year, they will start to plant fruit trees. Apart from business success, Fujitsu is committed to create social benefits and sustainable environment for Thai community, and expanding green areas at Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict, Wang Chan District, Rayong Province, is part of the company's CSR efforts.
