Mr. Chawarit Thanasombatnanth (left), General Manager of Queensland and Northern Territory, Australia, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), recently presented two roundtrip Economy Class tickets to Mr. Dwayne Symonds (right), a passenger who participated in the THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (TCSS). The lucky draw prize may be used in Economy Class on roundtrip flights operated by THAI from Bangkok to any other city on the Company's route network.
THAI Customer Satisfaction Survey (TCSS) is conducted to evaluate customer satisfaction on THAI products and services. Customer satisfaction responses were received from passengers who traveled on THAI's domestic and international flights in all classes of service are used towards making further improvements on its products and services.
