In line with the Cabinet's recent approval of year-end economic stimulus in offering tax incentive shopping programme, in effect for 23 days from 11 November to 3 December 2017, AirAsia passengers flying any of its domestic routes will be able to use their ticket purchases to seek tax break up to 15,000 THB.
Mr. Santisuk Klongchaiya, director of commercial for Thai AirAsia, confirmed that Thai AirAsia (Code FD) bookings on all domestic routes made between 11 November and 3 December, 2017 will be applicable under the Cabinet's tax incentive shopping programme, which offers deductions of personal income tax based on actual spending up to 15,000 THB (inclusive of 7% VAT) for the tax to be filed in 2018.
The bookings can be made on following channels such as; website www.airasia.com, AirAsia call center at 02-515-9999, AirAsia mobile application, or AirAsia sales counter at airports. Guests can inquire complete tax invoice via available channels including the sales counter at airports nationwide, the call center, or via an E-form at www.airasia.com. To request a tax invoice, passengers must present their seat booking details, including the booking number reference and their identification card. At Don Mueang Airport, AirAsia has added a service counter for tax invoice issuance located at its ticketing counter on the 3rd floor of Terminal 1 (international) for ease of convenience to all passengers.
For bookings made through sales agents or other non-AirAsia channels, guests can direct their tax invoice requests or other inquiries regarding the terms and conditions to those channels.
