Mr Kavin Kanjanapas (2nd from left), Chairman of the Executive Committee of VGI Global Media PCL, or VGI, signed an agreement to purchase 4,281,277 ordinary shares (par value: MYR 1 each), or 25% of the issued shares, in Puncak Berlian Sdn Bhd, or PBSB, a provider of out-of-home (OOH) advertising solutions in Malaysia, from Redberry Sdn Bhd, an existing shareholder, at the cost of MYR 13,154,175 (approx THB 105,233,400), in its latest move to increase its presence in Asean's OOH advertising market. The signing ceremony was also attended by Mr Keeree Kanjanapas (far left), VGI's Chairman.
