Bangkok--12 Jan--Pathumwan Princess Hotel Bangkok As part of its "Tree for Life" project, Pathumwan Princess Hotel has been providing support for Nonthaphum Home in Nonthaburi province. The Home performs a marvelous role looking after disadvantaged children that may have been neglected, abandoned, orphaned or left homeless. Today, 11th January, management and volunteer staff from the hotel visited Nonthaphum Home, with a cash donation for the Home and presents for the children there. Following welcome speeches, the hotel's General Manager, Stefan Heintze, presented the Home's Director, K. Pimraphat Thipchawanont, with our donation of THB 10,000, and this was followed by games and give-aways for the children. Presents of watches were given to the children and then everyone joined in a lunch of food, soft drinks, desserts and ice cream that put wide smiles on the faces of the happy kids, who responded, touch-ingly, with a song of thanks. At the event's conclusion, Stefan Heintze commented: "The staff here at Nonthaphum Home are doing a tremendous job raising these children from unfortunate backgrounds, and we were absolutely delighted to be here to-day to offer a little bit of help. The wonderful, appreciative smiles are our reward."
