Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited joined Thai Motorcycle Enterprise Association (TMEA) in arranging a road safety campaign for motorcyclists and youths in Chanthaburi province.
Mr. Mongkolnimit Auacherdkul (5th left, back row), director and Public and Government Affairs manager of Esso and Mr. Vinai Kitchoke (3rd left, back row), TMEA director, presented 130 helmets to motorcyclists and youths participating in the campaign titled "Safe Ride, 100% Fasten Helmet." In addition, defensive driving and traffic rules trainings were organized to raise road safety awareness for people in the Kamong community with Mr. Apichart Visitthiwong (6th left, back row), Kamong sub-district mayor, presiding over the opening ceremony.
Safety is a core value and an integral part of the company's culture. This commitment extends to the communities where Esso operates. Therefore, Esso actively participates in safety promotion campaigns to support the government's policy for public safety enhancement. The activities include road safety training and distribution of standard helmets to general motorcyclists as well as motorcycle caravan for road safety in strategic provinces nationwide.
