Expedia Group, led by Simon Fiquet, General Manager of Southeast Asia and India, recently held an Expedia Thailand "Vacation Deprivation Survey" Press Event at The Athenee Hotel Bangkok, A Luxury Collection. The event aimed to release the findings from the 2017 edition of the Vacation Deprivation Study, of which Thais are reported to rank among the top 5 in the world to be vacation deprived.
Attending the event were TAT Governor's representative, Ms. Bencharat Monyard-on, Director of Marketing Database Group, Tourism Authority of Thailand as the guest of honor. Also joining the event to share insights regarding "work-life balance" were Dr. Sakita Moungmaithong, TV host of "The Dr. Oz by Siriraj or Dr. Oz Thailand" and popular actress, model and VJ Taya Rogers.
