Management of Dusit Thani Pattaya joined the certification ceremony to congratulate their staff on the completion of 'English for Hospitality' course where the staff has been awarded the certification by Mr. James Saville from AUA Institute, a well-known & leading English language institute in Thailand. The purpose of this training course was aiming at improving skills & knowledge of Dusit Thani Pattaya frontline staff which is part of an ongoing quality improvement project under the Dusit International Quality Management System Policy and ISO9001:2015.
