Scheduled for 18-20 May 2018, the three-day retreat will be led by Masooma Kachelo, a trained expert in mindfulness who consults privately to adults, as well as runs mindful parenting workshops and teaches mindfulness to children at schools in Thailand, California and the Netherlands. To support Masooma's sessions, Caroline Combelles – qualified yoga instructor teaching meditation, yoga, Tension Release Exercises (TRE) and other movement modalities in Thailand and Europe – will run a series of yoga workshops, including TRE and sessions on Mindful Movement. Day two will start early with a 90-minute Sunrise Yoga & Meditation session, followed by breakfast then Tension Release Exercises. In the afternoon of the second day, guests can enjoy free time at the resort with the option of a massage*, swim or stroll along the beach. This will be followed by two more sessions, Coming Home to Yourself and Walk of Awe. After dinner, an evening Dance Meditation class will offer an invigorating way to end the day. The third day dawns with a second Sunrise Mindful Movement session. Then after a healthy breakfast, participants will join workshops dedicated to Building Inner Resilience and Mindful Cooking & Eating, before a final closing session to reflect on their journey.
