(Cook It Yourself) TV program to develop a healthy summer recipe based on a well-loved favorite – 'Kra Pao Gung, cereals, with Riceberry.' Recipe: HEALTHY KRA PAO GUNG, CEREALS WITH RICEBERRY (3-4 servings) Ingredients: Bertolli Extra Light 3 Tablespoons Crushed garlic 2 Tablespoons Crushed chili 4 Seeds Shrimps 8 Shrimps Cooked red beans 4 Tablespoons Lotus seeds 4 Tablespoons Cooked string beans 12 Sheaths Cooked ginkgo 15 Seeds Roasted cashew nut 4 Tablespoons Chopped basil 2 Cups Fish sauce 2 Teaspoons Oyster sauce 1 Tablespoons Basil for decoration, Riceberry as needed Instructions 1. Pour Bertolli(R) Extra Light into the pan with medium heat 2. Add garlic and chili and stir until fragrant. Put in shelled shrimps, add red beans, lotus seeds, string beans, ginkgo and stir-fry. 3.
