Prajya Phinyawat, Chairman of the Board of Directors, together with Board of Director members and Somporn Vongvuthipornchai, Chief Executive Officer, PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), organized the 2018 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting to report the company's annual performances and growth direction. It is resolved that the meeting approved the dividend payment for the year 2017 at the rate of 4.25 Baht per share. The meeting was held at Bangkok Convention Center, Central Plaza Ladprao.
