As part of the fund raising efforts of the Soroptimist International Thailand to benefit those in need through "Educate to Lead", Mr. Sebastien Troyon (left), Director of Admissions and Communication of Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande (ENSR) founded in 1906, gave away at the Club's recent Combined Women's Luncheon 2018, a two-week Swiss Summer Camp Experience organized by the school every year from 1 July until early August in the small, peaceful village of Champery, Switzerland. Winner of this wonderful, educational "gift" was Mrs. Maleeratna Plumchitchom (far right) while Mrs. Sukanya Nimmanheiminda (centre), Club President looks on.
Ecole Nouvelle, located in Lausanne, Switzerland, is the school where the late King Rama IX and his brother King Rama VIII were enrolled as day students between 1935-1945. A building dedicated to and in remembrance of the late King Rama IX had been constructed on the school premises and officially opened in 2010.
