Regarding the feedback of 'Candia Professional' in Thailand, Miss Preeyada Sripiboon commented, "At the moment, the product of Candia Professional with the highest sales in Thailand is the cream category (whipping cream). Our target is the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) across the country. 'Candia Professional' has 5 production bases in France: 2 for butter, 2 for cream, and 1 for cream cheese. The five production bases are still able to accommodate the current rate of the business expansion. The sales volumes in the past year of 'Candia Professional' were 7,162 tones worldwide (excluding the European market) and 124 tones in Thailand. Factors for growth include the growing market for dairy products in Thailand and Asia, a growing interest for western cuisine and pastry among the consumers in this region, and the increasing influence of western tastes in food service.
