Partnering with numerous organizations, SCG will host an event "Inno Meetup: Business Model Workshop" by Alexander Osterwalder, a world-renowned management thinker who invented Business Model Canvas and authored best-selling books like "Business Model Generation" and "Value Proposition Design." Alexander is set to share his insights and experiences for the first time in Thailand on the topic "How to Design, Test and Manage Great Value Proposition Embedded in Invincible Business model." The event will allow participants to gain greater understanding of the power of meaningful products and services design through business model canvas and value proposition design canvas. These two canvases have been applied in leading organizations around the world to help companies remain intact in a highly competitive and fast-paced market.
