Dusit Thani Pattaya successfully received ISO 9001:2015 certification – an international standard for quality management systems within an organisation – in April 2017, and the hotel, led by Mr Neoh Kean Boon, General Manager, remains committed to continuous improvement in all aspects of its operations.
