Assoc. Prof. Dr.Pasu Decharin, Ph.D., Dean of Chulalongkorn Business School (CBS) of Chulalongkorn University, recently organized '80th Anniversary Charity Concert of Chulalongkorn Business School', a true feast concert to bring back in time for alumni and university's current students. Proceeds from the concert will support the Chaipattana Foundation. The concert took place at Chulalongkorn University's Auditorium.
More than 800 Alumni and University Stars returned to CBS 80th anniversary celebration concert included Thanpuying Montinee Mongkolnavin, Emeritus Prof.Supapun Ruttanaporn, Utaiwan Family led by Mr.Chaiwat, Assoc.Prof. Dr.Pakpachong Vadhanasindhu, Ms.Jittima Jueajai, Mr.Kawee Tanjararak, Mr.Chutavuth Pattarakampol, Ms.Jitsupa Vacharaphol and many more.
Alumni and current students enjoyed a wonderful stage performance and musical theater presenting the 80-year of school establishment through the three generation family by Petra and BANdSHI bands. Many songs brought back memories of the good old days with friends on campus such as the sounds of the legendary Suntaraporn band's songs - 'Floor Fueng Fah', 'Rueng Lee Rad' 'Destiny' and other songs 'Fly Me To The Moon', 'I Want To Hold Your Hand', 'Yesterday', 'Top Of The World', 'Like A Prayer' and etc.
The classical and contemporary music were entertained by current students and alumni to transport back in time, including the pop singer with her hit song 'Tha Hua Jai Chan Mee Peak Bin' Ms.Jittima Jueajai, the first singer for the original 'Chamchuree Pra Dub Jai' song. Ms.Jitsupa Vacharaphol, the first generation of BANdSHI singer came on stage with the song 'You Make Me Feel Brand New'. Mr.Thana Lawasut, a music producer and former member of pop-rock band Hydra, sang 'Duk-Leaw' and Ms.Ornrumpa Jintakanon sang 'Saving All My Love for You'.
Mr.Kawee Tanjararak, an alumni of the MBA International program sang 'Please', while Thai actor March-Chutavuth Pattarakampol joined the stage.
Good memories and healthy Chamchuree relationship among alumni, current students and the faculty will never end at the Chulalongkorn Business School.
