Nestle Transfers 18.9 litre (5 gallon) NESTLE PURE LIFE(R) Home & Office Delivery Service to M. Water to Focus Fully on Retail Drinking Water Market

Bangkok--6 Aug--ABM Nestle (Thai) Ltd. has transferred its Home & Office Delivery (HOD) Service for NESTLÉ PURE LIFE(R) drinking water in 18.9-litre (5-gallon) bottles to M. Water Co., Ltd., which produces and distributes drinking water in 18.9-litre bottles under the Sprinkle brand. The transfer of the HOD business, which came into effect on 1st July, 2018, reflects Nestle's strategy to focus fully on developing NESTLÉ PURE LIFE(R)'s presence in retail channels in formats from 0.33-litres to 6-litres. According to Mr. Luca Chioda, Business Executive Officer-Water, Nestle (Thai) Ltd., "After almost 10 years of providing customers with Home & Office Delivery of NESTLÉ PURE LIFE(R) drinking water in 18.9-litre bottles, we have decided to focus fully on developing our retail presence as one of the leading company in the Thai bottled water consumer market. We will continue to produce NESTLÉ PURE LIFE(R)in 0.33-litre, 0.6-litre, 1.5-litre, and 6-litre formats and to distribute them nationwide through retail outlets, as well as mineral water under the Minere brand." Established in 1986, Sprinkle has a production capacity of 400 million litres per year .The company has an efficient logistics system with 200 delivery trucks to serve customers in the Greater Bangkok area. Sprinkle has modern production facilities that provide high-quality drinking water and have ISO 9001:2008GMP and HACCP certifications. Khun Pisai Laohadtanaphorn, Director of M. Water Co., Ltd., said, "This transfer will strengthen our business of providing drinking water in 18.9-litre bottles. I would like to assure all Nestle Home & Office Delivery customers that M. During the transfer, both Nestle and Sprinkle are making Quality and Customer Service a priority to ensure a smooth transition for the customers.
