2018 marks the 50th anniversary of PCS Security and Facility Services Limited and 118th anniversary of its parent company, UK-based OCS Group. Every year, a Long Service Award Ceremony has been held to present honour certificates and special rewards to long-serving employees in order to honour and enhance the morale of those who have continuously shown diligence and integrity at work.
At the Long Service Award Ceremony 2018, about 400 PCS employees working in Bangkok and its vicinity were awarded. All of them have worked for the company for at least 15 years – 189 of them have served for 15 years, 150 persons have stayed for 20 years, 30 persons have worked here for 25 years and eight persons have served for 30 years. They received honour certificates along with gold ornaments weighing a combined 611 baht and worth over 12 million baht.
The ceremony was presided by Richard Potter, Commercial Counselor and Director of Trade and Investment the British Embassy Bangkok, and the awards were presented by Kitti Nakornchai, Managing Director of PCS Security and Facility Services; Sebastian Power, PCS's Chief Operating Officer, and other executives at the auditorium of Sriwattana Business Administration Technological College, Sukhumvit Road, Bangkok.
More award presentation ceremonies will take place for honoured employees in the provinces, with all prizes worth more than 15 million baht in total. On the occasion of OCS Group's 50th anniversary in Thailand, PCS is committed to ensuring its employees' improved safety and happiness and to the development of relevant innovations for the benefit of its workforce.
