Bangkok--31 Aug--Krungthai Card Mr. Rathian Srimongkol, President & Chief Executive Officer, "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, organizes a midyear act of kindness event, "More than Meets the Eye: Ratchaburi Province." KTC invites the press to jointly revisit "Ratchaburi" from another angle, differing from the dragon earthen water jar image that the province is well known for. In reality, Ratchaburi is a city with a wealth of genetic diversity and origins of the Mae Klong Watershed culture that has been flourishing for over 2,000 years, which adds to its beauty that is filled with history, arts and culture and a variety of traditions that amalgams itself into perfection. The event was led by scholars and arts and culture experts, who collectively shared stories of the faith, beliefs and lifestyles of the people. Moreover, travelers also had a chance to get a hands-on experience with ancient remains, artifacts and intangible cultural heritages that can still be found today. The event recently took place at Wat Khongkharam, Wat Khanon Nang Yai, Ratchaburi National Museum Wat Mahathat Woravihara and Pottery Legend project.
