Photo Release: Fujitsu Once Again Participates in Reforestation Initiative Under the Fujitsu We Care 2018 Project

Bangkok--10 Sep--PR One Network Managing Director Mr. Eiji Furukawa (4th from left), and Ms. Krittinee Sivakul, Head of HR & Administration Group (2nd from left), were recently joined by over 100 Fujitsu (Thailand) employees in a reforestation initiative held in cooperation with the PTT Reforestation Institute, led by Mr. Komkrit Pewtong, Learning Center Management Team, PTT Reforestation Institute, and the Administrative Organization of Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict, Rayong Province, represented by Mr. Nitipat Yutcharoenkij, Chief Executive of Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict Administrative Organization and Mr. Akom Suesiri, Deputy Chief Executive of Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict Administrative Organization. Implemented under the Fujitsu We Care #2017-2021 Project and in keeping with the teachings of the Late His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej on self-sufficiency, the collaboration saw the Fujitsu team plant hundreds of fruit trees including rambutan, santol, mango and pineapple saplings, adding to the trees planted over a 1.2 rai area last year. The on-going reforestation project is an example of Fujitsu's CSR commitment to helping local communities by adding green areas in which fruit-bearing trees promote sustainability. The planting took place in Pa Yup Nai Subdistrict, Wang Chan District, Rayong Province.
