Chemicals Business, SCG, led by Mr. Mongkol Hengrojanasophon Vice President - Olefins and Operations received Green Industry Award 2018 from Ms. Nisakorn Jungjaroentham, Deputy Permanent-Secretary of the Ministry of Industry. This year Map Ta Phut Olefins Co., Ltd. won the Green Industry Level 5 which is the highest rating of Green Industry for the 4th consecutive year.
Furthermore, 4 plants operated by 2 subsidiaries of Chemicals Business also achieved Green Industry Level 4 in 2018. The subsidiaries that won awards are Thai Polyethylene Co., Ltd (3 plants) and Thai Plastic and Chemicals PLC.
