15th Anniversary of Halal Science Center at Chulalongkorn University with the participants, Professor Dr. Bundhit Eua-apporn, President of Chulalongkorn University, Chuan Leekpai , Abhisit Vejjajiva as well as His Excellency Mr. Abdelilah El Housni, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco to Thailand with all the pleasure to the grand open of the Tan-Sri, Dr.Surin Pitsuwan Research and Innovation Halal Science Laboratory. The purpose is to regcognize to Dr. Surin , who brought a good remembrance as well as an inspiration through the next generation, in the midst of warmly welcomed by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Winai Dahlan at the Halal Science Centre, Chulalongkorn University.
Dr. Surin Pitsuwan a former foreign minister and ASEAN secretary-general, an intelligent and knowledge in various aspects of science. He was considered as a significant person who is proud by Thai Muslim. His vision that valuable in the research and innovation through Halal science. Halal Science laboratory known as 'PS Halal Lab' is located on the 13th floor of Research building, Chulalongkorn University. HSC are provide the facilities including 11th, 12th, 13th floor with the average area of 3,000 square metres of living space from 4,400 square metres. PS Halal Lab is located on the 13th floor of a building with a living area of approximately 400 square meters, including Nutritional Biochemistry Laboratory, Microbiology Laboratory of Nano and Molecular Biology Laboratory and cosmetics.
As of today, the Halal Science Centre of Chulalongkorn University never brought to a standstill by science, technology and innovation to create commitment towards development of the modern world's relentless.
