Enrich Group, a real estate developer group, has won the Special Recognition for Design and Construction Award from Thailand Property Awards 2018, thanks to its concept of "Guiding You to Practical Living" based on real consumer insights. The recognition is proof of the developer's success in serving the needs and lifestyle of modern day residents.

With steadfast commitment to this philosophy, THE MARQ Pinklao project received the Best Housing Development (Bangkok) award and was named a Highly Recommended project for Best Housing Landscape Architectural Design from Thailand Property Award 2017.
This year, aside from the Special Recognition for Design & Construction award, KUUN Rachapruek, a co-development project between Enrich Group and ACE Estate, won five other awards. The project won Special Recognition for Smart Home Development for the application of various technology to elevate living experiences, such as a six-level home security system, voice control systems for home appliances, and featuring a passenger lift to enhance convenience. The Best Housing Architectural Design award recognizes the outstanding yet simplistic design, and the seamlessness of the green space. The Best Housing Landscape & Architectural Design award is thanks to the structural planning and design of communal areas to best address the needs of residents, such as co-working space, fitness facilities, swimming pool, sauna room and a common room. The Highly-Recommended accolade for Best Housing Interior Design recognizes the unique interior designs of the project. Lastly, KUUN Ratchapreuk won the Highly-Recommended award for Best Housing Development (BKK) for providing perfect solutions to modern day living. The project is also being considered for two other awards at the 8th Asia Property Awards, which will be held in a few months.
