Mrs. Charoonsri Srisukson, Executive Vice President - Merchant Acquiring, "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited, jointly with Ms. Mandy Lamb, Country Manager, Regional Southeast Asia & Global Client Management,and Mr. Suripong Tantiyanon, Country Manager, Visa Thailand, launch the new VISA Scan to Pay payment method. KTC credit card members can now make transactions for alliances with the VISA QR Code symbol across the country using the TapKTC mobile application.
KTC launches "KTC QR PAY" campaign for members who scan to pay through the TapKTC application with 5% cash back for over five transactions/month or receive up to Bt. 250/month/year (for cards with an overall spending not exceeding Bt. 5,000/month/card) from October 1, 2018 - December 31, 2018. Special receive additional privileges for payments through the TapKTC application for participating alliances, including WIZARD AUTO CARE: receive 1-for-1 promotions for VIP car wash programs worth Bt. 490 from originally Bt. 980. The package includes one car wash, one vacuum service and one conditioner wax service from October 1 to 31, 2018; Novel Car Wash Delivery: color polishing and scratch reduction services for automobile for a special price of Bt. 1,800 from originally Bt. 4,500; BB Battery Delivery: receive a free LED Panasonic flashlight worth Bt.220 when using battery delivery and Farm Factory: receive additional 20% discounts for salad and healthy drinks at Silom Complex, Sathorn Square and CRC Tower branches from October 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018.
Additionally, VISA also launched a campaign to win a Mercedes-Benz C250 Coupe AMG Dynamic car worth Bt. 3.62 million without any registration, minimum spending requirements or restrictions on the number of transactions between October 1, 2018 - March 31, 2019 (campaign winners will be announced within May 10, 2019) to stimulate members' spending behaviors to use the QR PAY payment method on a wider scope.
