Mr. Anuwat Ruamsuke (2nd right), Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets of Phatra Securities Plc, recently announced company's initial public offering (IPO) of no more than 180 million shares and no more than 20 million shares for a greenshoe option. The company expects to announce IPO price around 12 October 2018 and expects to open for subscription between 16-19 October 2018. Praram 9 Hospital is confident that it will be able to accelerate its revenue growth from its solid business fundamental including an expertise of multidisciplinary team in treatment and care for patients with complicated diseases, its financial strength, and its growth strategies through the extended target clients to health conscious people, the adoption of new technology, and the wider cooperation network we have will enable us to expand our customer base in various customers categories, including local customer, international customer, and B2B clients, as well as the increase in resources, such as more beds.
The roadshow has been recently held at the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
