Dr. Satian Pooprasert (4th left), Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Praram 9 Hospital Public Company Limited, together with Praram 9 Hospital's co-founders and management executives recently signed an agreement to appoint the lead underwriter for the company's IPO, under which 180 million shares and 20 million shares for a greenshoe option will be offered. The subscription is scheduled to open from 16 – 19 October 2018 at 11.60 baht per share for clients of all underwriters. Joining the ceremony was Phatra Securities Public Company Limited, the financial advisor and lead underwriter, led by Mr. Anuwat Ruamsuke (2nd right), Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets Department of Phatra Securities Public Company Limited.
Praram 9 Hospital has also appointed 3 co-underwriters, including Bualuang Securities Public Company Limited, Krungsri Securities Public Company Limited, and Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited.
