Mr. Pisit Serewiwattana, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), and Mr. George Otieno, Chief Executive Officer of African Trade Insurance Agency (ATI), signed MOUs to enhance their collaboration on financial services including export credit, export credit insurance and reinsurance; performance guarantee services and others services beneficial to Thai-African trade and investment promotion during the Regional Cooperation Group Meeting of the International Union of Credit and Investment Insurers (Berne Union) in Paris, France on October 15, 2018. This is in line with the EXIM Thailand's strategic role as "Market Maker," proactively creating trade and investment opportunities for Thailand in new frontier markets like Africa to drive Thailand's export and economic growth.
