In preparation for its integration with Vanilla Air Inc. (Vanilla; President: Katsuya Goto), Peach Aviation Limited. (Peach; Representative Director and CEO: Shinichi Inoue) has decided to assign its Representative Director and CEO Shinichi Inoue to Vanilla as Representative Director and President of Vanilla, and its Deputy CEO and COO Takeaki Mori as Senior Executive Vice President of Vanilla, effective November 2, 2018. Messrs. Inoue and Mori will continue to hold their current positions at Peach.
These steps are one part of the process toward the integration of Peach and Vanilla, which is scheduled to be completed during FY2019. After this assignment of its executive officers, Peach plans to obtain Vanilla shares held by ANA HOLDINGS. (President and CEO: Shinya Katanozaka) within the FY2018 target period.
