Mr. Soammaphat Traisorat, Chief Executive Officer, and Mrs. Wallapa Traisorat, Executive Director of the Asset World Corporation Group, together with an executive team, attended The First Piling Ceremony of the Tawanna Bangphlee Project, the latest shopping mall of the group in the Thepharak area. The project will be established on the area of 26 rais with the development budget of over 1 billion baht. The shopping mall offers 20,000 square meters of rental space enough for approximately 1,200 stores to fulfill the needs of target consumers, including teenagers, working people, and residents in Bang Phlee, which is considered the economic center of Samut Prakan. The shopping mall is developed under three key concepts, "Affordable, Daily Needs, Lifestyle," with the main focus on the affordability of daily life products. The mall is divided into 4 zones. Zone 1 "Entertainment & Dining" is a 2-storey building that houses a cinema, popular franchise restaurants, IT gadget shops, cosmetics stores, pharmacies, and beauty salons, making this zone a place for everyone in the family. Zone 2 "Family Goods," customers will find a supermarket and electronics stores that offer products and service for kitchenware, home decoration, electrical appliances, and household utensils. Zone 3 "Everyday Lifestyle" gathers a variety of restaurants where customers can conveniently enjoy delicious food there or take some home, not to mention over 300 fashion shops selling clothes, shoes, bags, and accessories for customers who always seek something new. Zone 4 "Enjoyable & Indy Market" is an activity space of 1,000 square meters where different shops take turn to greet customers with different styles of fun. The center also provides a space in the courtyard outside the building for food trucks, 500 more variety food and product kiosks, and other services that meet the daily life needs and the lifestyle of the people in the community very well. The Indy Market is set to open in mid-2019 and the whole project will be officially launched in the fourth quarter of 2019.
