One fine day in July, laughter filled the air of Likeball - Madyalan Arena on Seri Thai road. Children under care of Baan Nokkamin Foundation played against AXA Insurance team in a friendship football match. AXA Insurance also donated stationery, sports equipment and scholarships to Baan Nokkamin foundation.
The activities are part of 2019 CR Week, AXA Group's annual Corporate Responsibility Week. The 2019 CR Week focuses on helping the underprivileged under 'Know You Can'- the new brand promise. Last year, over 36,000 AXA Group employees in 42 countries spent 67,000 hours of their time to help local charities and good causes.

It is a clear and empathetic message that can fuel people's self-belief so that they are closer to their goals," said Claude Seigne, CEO of AXA Thailand General Insurance. "Several children here today dream of being professional football players. AXA Group is a Principle Partner of Liverpool FC. We understand the love, passion and dream of these children who are our future so we organize today's match."
Kalyanee Boonma or Carrot is a member of Baan Nokkamin Foundation. She is 14 years old and studying in Grade 7 at Sukhum Navapan Uppathum School. "Thank you AXA Insurance for organizing this very special football match. I have a lot of fun today playing a striker. I dream of being a national player who can lead Thailand team to the World Cup," said Carrot.
Pawaris Kaewyu or Amway is another member of Baan Nokkamin Foundation joining the match and scoring one goal today. He is 14 years old and studying in Grade 7 at Sukhum Navapan Uppathum School. Amway hopes to one day become a professional football player. "I would love to have more fun activity like this."
The friendship football match ended with fun and joy. Management and staff of AXA Insurance were glad to be a part of corporate social responsibility activities that help children follow and fulfill their dreams.
