Mr. Cherdphan Chotikhun (sixth from left), Vice President, Personnel Development & Training Department, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited (THAI), welcomed Professor Dr. Vicharn Panich (fourth from left), Chairman, Knowledge Management Institute (KMI), who attended the fifth Member Organization Sharing (MOS) seminar, under the "World Class THAI Brand with KM Inside" concept, that was also attended by 70 High Performance Organization Network (HPON) members at THAI Crew Center, Laksi.
This MOS annual seminar was held to encourage knowledge sharing amongst staff, for adaptability in volatile business environments, in 15 organizations under HPON. The seminar encouraged knowledge management for personnel development as well as increased employee capabilities and motivation. The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, Siam Cement Public Company Limited, and PTT Public Company Limited are part of the HPON network.
