Lalamove, Thailand's leading on-demand delivery service, was named the winner of Best Service Award at Thailand's Top SME Awards 2019 on August 27. Held at the Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel, this is the third consecutive year where the award recognizes small and medium enterprises who have contributed to strengthening Thailand's economic competitiveness.

Lalamove was nominated for Best Service Award and won against two other digital logistics SMEs. This year's achievement demonstrates the company's competency and growth in the logistics market over the past four years, operating in purchasing, food delivery and pick up services that meet customer needs. With comprehensive services and rapid expansion within Thailand and the region, Lalamove sets the standard for other on-demand delivery services.
"We examine each touch point with our drivers and customers, prior, during and after delivery. We review the services provided on our platform by pickup trucks, 5-door hatchbacks and motorcycles. We analyze all this information and constantly improved them on a granular level, while keeping our focus in mind, which is to make every delivery fast and reliable."
Though many on-demand delivery players are emerging in the logistics industry, Lalamove continues to make headway by recognizing service gaps and tap into new opportunities in a fierce market condition with innovative strategies and well-trained drivers.
