NESCAFÉ is bringing the NESCAFÉ brand promise of "Nurturing Stronger Bonds" to life for the second annual NESCAFÉ Day campaign. More than 200 Nestle employees gathered to pack the first lot of NESCAFÉ Bonding Sets that will be distributed to 400 units of the Border Patrol Police nationwide through Lazada's logistics channels to celebrate International Coffee Day on October 1.
Thai consumers are invited to write heart-to-heart messages on NESCAFÉ RED Mugs at the NESCAFÉ Nurturing Stronger Bonds Roadshow that is visiting seven office locations in the Bangkok area until the end of September. At the NESCAFÉ Day event, which will take place on October 1 at Siam Square One, leading Thai superstars will be there to write their own messages on NESCAFÉ Red Mugs to nurture stronger bonds with members of the Border Patrol Police.
Mr. Jojo Dela Cruz, Business Executive Officer – Coffee and Creamer Business Unit, Nestle (Thai) Ltd., said, "The second annual NESCAFÉ Day campaign is off to a great start, with Thai consumers already writing heart-to-heart messages on more than 3,000 NESCAFÉ Red Cups during the first five days of the NESCAFÉ Nurturing Stronger Bonds Roadshow. More than 200 Nestle employees are here today putting these cups into special NESCAFÉ Bonding Sets along with a year's supply of NESCAFÉ products including NESCAFÉ BLEND & BREW, NESCAFÉ RED CUP, NESCAFÉ RTD, and NESCAFÉ GOLD, which will be distributed to 400 units of Border Patrol Police in remote areas nationwide. NESCAFÉ is the first coffee brand to bond with these unsung heroes, which reflects NESCAFÉ's brand aspiration of nurturing stronger bonds among Thai people nationwide and in the local communities where we live. We encourage everyone to take the time to share a great cup of NESCAFÉ together with their own unsung heroes."
Thai consumers who want to write a message to a member of the Border Patrol Police on a NESCAFÉ Red Mug can visit the NESCAFÉ Nurturing Stronger Bonds Roadshow at the Italthai Building on Tuesday September 24; Union Mall on September 28; and Wat Mangkon MRT station on September 29.
Other activities in the campaign include a "Midnight Coffee" sampling in which NESCAFÉ will give away over 50,000 cups of coffee from midnight through the early hours of October 1 to the everyday heroes who take care of urban areas, including rescue teams, street cleaners, and refuse collectors, in Bangkok and key cities such as Chiang Mai, Nakhon Ratchasima, Surat Thani, and Hatyai.
A NESCAFÉ Day event to celebrate International Coffee Day will take place on Tuesday, October 1, at Siam Square One. The event offers the opportunity for consumers to hand-write heart-to-heart messages on NESCAFÉ Red Mugs for the Border Patrol Police together with Thailand's top stars James (Jirayu) Tangsrisuk and Thanapob (Tor) Leeratanakajorn.
Consumers who travel by BTS can order a special "Caring Cappuccino" menu item at the NESCAFÉ Hub locations at BTS Chitlom, BTS National Stadium, and BTS Ekkamai from now until October 1. Proceeds from the sale of this special menu item will be donated without deductions to the "Junior Coffee Farmer" program for the children of coffee farmers as part of NESCAFÉ's "Grown Respectfully" initiative.
