Indorama Petrochem Ltd. (Rayong), a subsidiary of Indorama Ventures PCL. (IVL), received a plaque recognizing its commitment and continuous effort in mitigating greenhouse gas emissions. The plaque was granted by the Thailand Business Council for Sustainable Development (TBCSD) and the Thailand Environment Institute (TEI). Additionally, IVL's product of purified terephthalic acid (PTA) has been certified by the Carbon Reduction Label. The awards reflect the company's dedication to enhance production efficiency that results in lower greenhouse gas emissions. This is also in line with its commitment to leverage efficient resource consumption through recycling, lower carbon footprint, and increase the use of renewable energy, which will provide a positive impact on sustainable development in the long term.
