AIG Thailand Group, the world's leading international non-life insurance organization, led by Mr.Methasit Anan Siriphan, Branch Manager-Phuket and South Territorial Manager, has given a total amount of 90,000 baht to Kaokonlakao Foundation in order to buy medical equipment to hospitals. Mr.Artiwara Kongmalai or Toon Bodyslam was the recipient of the donation at the running charity event recently held at Xana Beach Club, Bang Tao Beach, Thalang District, Phuket province.
This activity was part of CSR activities organized by AIG on the 100th anniversary of the company. The success that has led AIG to become a world-class organization with such rich history consisted of 3 defining pillars that include the company's history of risk expertise, the tradition of keeping promises and a commitment to making a better world. All donations that were raised from the Wellness Challenge project aimed at encouraging employees to exercise to promote their physical and mental health. The company has changed the running distance of the employees who participated in the activity into donations to give away to the foundation to be used for further benefits.
