RASA Ventures Co., Ltd. has announced the appointment of CBRE as the sole leasing agent for "Rasa Two", a new grade A office building designed by Gensler (Thailand) Ltd. which is located on Asoke-Petchaburi Road. The project has easy access to the Petchaburi MRT station, Airport Rail Link Makkasan station, and Srirat expressway. With 29 storeys, this office building has a net rentable area of 45,000 square meters and the project is aiming for Gold LEED certification. It is expected to be ready to move in Q1, 2021.
