The one-day seminar introduced MATSTM, an innovative food processing technology that meets with international food safety standards, shortens processing time, better retains nutritional components and keep meals as fresh as freshly cooked, and strong market response in the global food industry. EKA Global also demonstrated its capability to produce and supply innovative packaging products that support MATSTM technology and readiness to help Thai food manufacturers to increase competitiveness, lift consumers' quality of life and take care of the environment.
