The condominium project is being built at The Forestias by MQDC with many partners including Mr. Kecha Thirakomen, President of EEC-DT Green Power; Dr. Naree Phinyawatana, Director of Atelier Ten, consultant to MQDC, and the first Thailand’s first WELL Accredited Professional (AP).
The ceremony celebrated the start of construction for "Whizdom The Forestias" as part of the building project for Thailand’s largest ever private sector property development project that will becomes world’s first town purposefully designed for healthier, happier living, located in the Eastern Economic Corridor. With a project value of about THB125 billion and an area of 398 rai, the development is being built on Bangna-Trat Road, Km. 7 under the name The Forestias by MQDC. The project is scheduled to open pre-sales in the first quarter of 2020 at the project site of The Forestias Bangna-Trat Km. 7 Road, Tambon Bang Kaeo, Amphoe Bang Phli, Samut Prakan.
