Healthy food for a wealthy mood… Cafe Claire introduces a farm-to-table concept with a wholesome salad bar showcasing a fine selection of handpicked organic vegetables that are locally sourced from a regional farm in Suphanburi.
Cultivated under the slogan of "every leaf fresh; every plant pesticide-free", the agricultural process relies on modern methods of hydroponics and substrate farming to ensure that the vegetation is clean, free of chemicals and pesticides, and of top quality for consumers to fully absorb all the natural vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that may prevent cancerous cells and delay premature ageing.
Other than the beneficial range of vegetables, our salad bar also offers mouth-watering fare including a selection of antipasti, cold cuts and smoked fish from Phuket. Another highlight is the premium cheese selection from Chiang Rai, Nakhon Sawan and Chonburi, which uses only fresh raw milk from local farms and is produced with traditional techniques to give a rich flavour and texture that can rival imported products at the supermarket.
