Today,Central Pattana’s shopping centers announce the change of their operating hours to 11.00 – 20.00 hrs. daily at every branch nationwide. Supermarkets (Central Food Hall and Tops) are still open at the usual time of each branch. To check operating hours of each branch, please visit www.topsmarket.tops.co.th and www.centralfoodhall.com. To cooperate with the authorities and to be socially responsible, our 15 shopping centers will be temporarily extended their closure to April 30, 2020 following additional mandates from Governors of Bangkok, perimeters and more provinces regarding the extension of temporary closure for various places including shopping centers and department stores to curb the spread of COVID-19. Our 33 shopping centers nationwide are ready to fully facilitate all customers to conveniently live their lives during the current situation. We provide 'Drive Thru’ service where customers can place their orders via phone or online channels then come pick up their orders, as well as 'Food delivery pick-up counters’ service for restaurants to facilitate delivery and take-away. Both are strictly supervised under 'Social Distancing’ policy. We allocate waiting areas for delivery service staffs to sit at least one meter away from each other. We focus on strict hygiene measures to ensure safety for all food delivery staffs, customers and visitors. We clean and spray disinfectant daily and apply temperature screening methods on every employee, shop and delivery service staff as well as ensure that everyone always wears a face mask and uses alcohol gel to wash their hands before entering the shopping centers.
