The application helps people assess their Covid-19 risks easily and makes it easier for medical personnel to primarily screen suspected infections. The platform is equipped with communication technology to facilitate communication through chat and video conference between physicians and patients. Teleclinic serves as a comprehensive medical management system that can save time and boost the work efficiency of medical personnel. With Teleclinic, hospitals can manage limited medical personnel appropriately for the number of patients. Teleclinic platform has been designed to have comprehensive functions useful for both the general public as well as medical personnel. Various digital technologies have been applied to make the platform convenient and easy-to-use. Chatbot technology answers questions and provides basic information to Covid-19 patients or at-risk individuals to assess risks. The medical management system collects data from primary screening and uses it to make medical, diagnostic, and follow-up appointments throughout a 14-day quarantine period after recovery. Details of the platform are as follows:Data is processed, analyzed, and visualizes in dashboards which include the overall status of people who had their risks assessed, answers on the assessment forms, and the results of primary screening. This data will be used to make appointments with physicians.Communication technology between physicians and patients via chat and video conference helps facilitate medical consultancy services, both before and after treatments, and follows-up on the treatments without requiring patients to travel to the hospital. “True Group is confident that the Teleclinic platform will serve as a channel through which Thai people have more access to medical services without risking themselves by traveling to the hospital. People with infection risks or suspected symptoms can primarily screen and assess risks by themselves in an easy manner with the application. They can also consult with doctors via online. We believe that the Teleclinic platform can ease their concerns on the disease and enhance the work efficiency of medical personnel by helping hospitals manage their limited resources better. Chula Teleclinic application is now available to download for free on Play Store” Mr.Pichit concluded. #ขอบคุณที่สู้ไปด้วยกัน #ThankYouAllFightingHearts
