Bangkok--14 May--kaidee
Kaidee, the largest online marketplace in Thailand, is working together with Socialgiver, a social enterprise e-commerce platform, to collect donations for Thai people impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Donations will be directed to the Yuvabadhan Foundation’s Covid Relief Project, which will assemble bags of relief supplies for the residents of vulnerable communities throughout Bangkok.
There are 3 ways to make donations:
Buy “Bumps” on Kaidee. Kaidee users can donate by purchasing "Bumps" to boost their listings on the Kaidee platform. A percentage of each purchase will be donated to the Covid Relief Project. Please note that donation through "Bumps" will only be collected until May 20th, 2020.Send supplies to Covid Relief. Donations of relief supplies (rice, canned fish, soy milk, disinfectant soap, and face masks) are also welcome. For information on how and where to drop off supplies, see details on the Covid Relief Bangkok Facebook Group page. Make cash donations directly at Socialgiver. Donated funds will be used to purchase disinfectant products and convenience foods for low-income people affected by Covid-19.
With these three methods, we hope to make it easy for anyone to lend a helping hand to those in need during these hard times.
