Payment: Customers can make installment payments for all types of loans from KBank, either for their own loan or on behalf of others. They can also increase the installment payment amount anytime with no need to wait for the next round of an auto debit from their accounts, allowing them to pay off their loan faster.Checking data: Customers can check all data of loans held with KBank via My Loan Port, allowing them to view their loan activity and manage their port with enhanced efficiency. All types of loans can be checked, including personal loan which comprises Xpress Loan and Xpress Cash, commercial loan, overdraft loan (OD) and promissory note (PN), letter of guarantee (LG), home loan and credit card loan.Review: Customers can view history of all types of loan obtained from KBank for up to the past 12 months or covering the 200 most recent transactions.Request Document: Customers can request historical data of documents including receipt of personal loan, commercial loan and home loan, including certificate of home loan interest. Documents requested will be sent via email, and historical data for up to 12 months will be provided.
