Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TLT), the largest automotive leasing company in Thailand, has successfully completed the book-building process for its THB debentures offering in July 2020. This debentures issuance offered under TLT’s THB 130,000 million Medium Term Note Programme. The 3-year debentures sizing THB 2,100 million are fully guaranteed by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., a company rated A+/A1 with negative outlook by S&P and Moody's, respectively.
This issuance is the first transaction to conduct the book-building process through Thai Bond Market Association (ThaiBMA)’s Electronic Book Building (E-Bookbuilding) platform.
This latest issuance is the company’s 53rd debenture offering with the debentures assigned AAA rating by TRIS Rating, a local credit rating agency. Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited and Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited were joint lead arrangers for the debenture issuance. This issuance has fulfilled our commitment as a regular issuer in Thai Debt Capital Markets.
Both Toyota Leasing (Thailand) Company Limited and Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V. are subsidiaries of Toyota Financial Services Corporation, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Toyota Motor Corporation, the group’s parent company.
