Carefully prepared with the freshest ingredients under the expertise of the trattoria?s head chef Stefano Zaninelli, the delectable new menu will feature a range of lavish Italian dishes that showcase the rich aroma and bold, earthy flavours of Black truffle as the star.
Discover how surprisingly-well black truffle complements each ingredient?s distinctive taste, in many highlight creations including Burrata al tartufo rucola e aragosta al vapore or Truffle burrata cheese and steamed lobster, served with rocket salad. The classic Italian risotto is similarly transformed by the distinctive taste and aroma of truffle into Risotto al tartufo nero while meat enthusiasts will also appreciate the Scaloppini di vitello olandese ai tartufi. This perfect cut of veal is grilled with winter black truffles, and served with truffle oil roasted potatoes and vegetables for a more fragrant result.
