A year with Covid-19 makes us stronger. We have overcome so much and now changes become one of our true friends. Some of us may be lucky enough to carry on without enormous adaptation, but not all have got such luxury. Who has got everything under control or who couldn't, doesn't that matter because we still have to continue growing.
Agile Tour Bangkok 2020 is back again as the 9th of the series. Amid these immense situations of Thailand and the world, our speakers' experiences are ready to be shared and to be recrystallised by you.
The conference will be on fire with the NOW content that helps the audience to be back on track, right after the sharing ends. The event has 7 sessions with "This Track" and "That Track" in parallel. This year we have 18 speakers from different industries as well as different roles within their organisation. With such facts, it is very interesting to learn from different angles of experiences from our speakers. Agile Tour Bangkok 2020 will be held at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel (Ratchadamri Road), where we can easily commute through three BTS stations (BTS-Siam, BTS-Ratchadamri, or BTS-Chidlom). Great venue and mouth watering food are what our staff constantly care for and cannot be compromised!!!
The topics of this year are vary and now we can see our speakers' topic as well as their good looking faces at agiletourbkk.org. The ticket is available for both individual and company package. Apart from the website, you can follow the latest news from Facebook: "agiletourbkk" and Facebook Group: "agile66".

Just to be entree-chaude (hot-starter), we would like to share a bit of each topic here.
Starting with experience sharing from P'Roof or Mr. Twin from ODDS with the topic "The ODDS Experiment''. What kind of experiment he did with Agile and in what kind of scenario at ODDS? And What did he find out and would like to share with us this time? Likewise, Mr. Joel Dixson from Agoda comes with his sharing title of "Engineering Culture''. He will give the direct experience of Agoda regarding the effects on the people from the way they organised and design the system at work. Apart from that, Mr. David Marsh will continue hammering the challenges we always encounter in the complex real-world with the topic "Achieving Success in a Complex World''. He will share with us about why we need transparency and self-organizing teams in Agile, and what it takes to do it.
As we all know that the heartbeat of Agile is people, Ms. Praweena and Ms. Soontarin, the duo-coach from ExxonMobil and TMB, will step out and share their real experiences and practices in how to build trust in the Agile team. As people are a big challenge, Ms. Tida from SCB Lean Agile COE will continue to confirm the importance of Agile in human resource managing tasks through the topic "Leadership in Action".
Apart from re-skill our people and building teams, another challenging task is how to nurture the team to keep moving forward TOGETHER during this transformation pathway. Dr. Zach and his co-speakers from G-Able will share with us ?how to make Agile and Learning fun so that it benefits both employees and organisation. You can join their session at "Life-Long Agile Learners''. This also has some relation with the session "The Dual Networks of Long Term Agility" that Mr. Touchaphol, an Agile coach from ExxonMobil, will share with us why, what and how they build a secondary network of skill-sets to enable continuous learning and agility. Another interesting topic is called "Digital Blah Blah Blah'' by Mr. Jakkris who will turn a key and open doors for us to understand words including "Digital", like digital innovation, digital transformation, digital disruption, etc., and what do they have to do with Agile? Furthermore, it would be nice for all of us to have a technique that helps transformation. Let's find out the answer together with Mr. Athiwat from ThoughtWorks under the topic of "Transformation via System Lens''. Finale the series of transformation with the insight from Mr. Arunthep, Emitworks. He comes with the talk title of "Agile Leader-Shift Beyond Agile'' that will lift us to a new horizon with a superb result from Agile Transformation.
There are still more sessions for your appetiser. First one belongs to Ms. Weerawan and Ms. Pirasa, UX Designers from ExxonMobil, under the title "UX Among Agile". Another one from Mr. Charles, a professor from Naresuan University with an interesting story of "Product Increment VS Prototype". Can these two co-exist in a real world? Should we be cautious on anything to overcome challenges and be able to deliver? On the other hand, will the world become a better place for living if Agile is ubiquitous in every industry? To answer this, Mr. Dahm from Ocadee is very welcome to share and to discuss about collaborations to generate solutions under the topic "The World of Agility". Last but not least, there is the cruel (or the beautiful?) truth of "My Project is Fixed Time, Fixed Scope" shared by Mr. Anuchit, a developer from ThoughtWorks.
Wow, that's a lot of tasty dishes to bite! Tickets are ready to be purchased at www.agiletourbkk.org. There are both individual tickets and company packs that suit you.
