JinA Lee has been appointed as Managing Director of Bayer Thai Co., Ltd and Country Division Head of Pharmaceuticals. The appointment takes effect from December 1, 2020. She is responsible for strategy and management of healthcare and agricultural businesses in Thailand.
JinA has over 27 years of experience in pharmaceuticals business. Prior to Bayer, she was working with leading MNC pharmaceutical firms in various roles; regulatory, medical affairs and marketing and commercial organization, with increasing responsibility in Roche and Merck on local, global and APAC regional level. She has been working for Bayer since 2013, starting as Business Unit Head for Heart Health in Korea. She was subsequently assigned to take responsibility for New Launching Brand Lead at Bayer headquarter in Germany. She returned to Korea to assume the role of Business Unit Head for Heart Health and was an instrumental in driving growth of Heart Health business before moving to Thailand.
JinA graduated from the Department of Pharmacy at Duksung Women's University and completed her Master of Business Administration at Korea University. She is now PhD candidate in Pharmacoepidemiolgy at Sunggyunkwan University.
