Prof. Dr. Weerakorn Ongsakul (middle), Chairman, together with Mr. Kitichai Sincharoenkul (2nd from the left), Vice Chairman and Ms. Jarinya Jirojkul (right), Chief Executive Officer of Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Plc. convened an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) with other directors on December 25 at The Lee Gardens Plaza Hotel in Hat Yai and passed a resolution to split the STGT par value from 1.00 Baht to 0.50 Baht.
The par spilt is aimed to increase the liquidity of STGT's stock and to help broaden the shareholder base domestically and internationally. The meeting also acknowledged the payment of interim dividend at 1.25 Baht per share.
