GT Auto Co. Ltd., authorized dealer for Volvo cars, recently opened its newest Volvo Showroom and After-Sales Service Center in the central Pattaya-Chonburi Metropolitan Area to serve customers in the eastern region of Thailand.

Strategically located at 147/18 Moo 2, Sukhumvit-Na Kluea Road in Bang Lamung district, the Volvo Pattaya showroom is easily accessible to customers travelling from Chonburi and Rayong. Customers will experience the familiar GT Auto philosophy of service mindedness and "customer first" approach when they visit showroom.
"In order to provide the Volvo Retail Experience (VRE), we have built a showroom and an after-sales facility that is one of the biggest upcountry, to serve customers' needs and desires according to the latest Volvo design and trends which required a substantial investment," said Mr. Chandrangam.
"Indeed, our over 500 square meter showroom has been designed according to the VRE concept, just like our showroom at Witthayu, focussing on the space and design to reflect Scandinavian-inspired values of calm, clean lines with 'cool on the outside and warm on the inside'-style architecture."

To celebrate the grand opening of Volvo's newest showroom and service center, GT Auto launched "GT Auto Celebration Offer", a special campaign offering the best deals and "Welcome To GT Auto" after-sales service campaign with a best special service offers.
In addition, GT Auto recently launched the "GT Auto Exclusive Service program", a special service offered to GT Auto customers to ensure that all customers receive the best care. GT Auto Exclusive Service played an crucial role in the sales growth of the company, where the company achieved a 70% increase in sales during the first four months of 2021 compared to the same period last year. GT Auto has targeted an overall revenue growth of 90% for 2021.
