This latest generation of Lotus Cars was recently launched in July 2021 in Hethel, Norfolk, United Kingdom where the iconic British sports car brand with a colourful racing heritage is headquartered; and is expected to be introduced to the Thai market in late 2022.

Lotus Cars was founded in 1948 by Colin Chapman and Colin Dare when Chapman built his first race car in a garage. Remaining true to the ethos of the founder, Lotus stands alone as a brand dedicated to pure drivers' cars.

The marque had achieved remarkable motor racing success with Team Lotus in Formula One starting with its first Grand Prix win in 1960 in Monaco.  By 1994, they had won a total of 79 Grand Prix races with Lotus constructed cars.

Today, Lotus manufactures both sports cars and racing cars dedicated to innovative engineering, cutting-edge technologies and advanced materials.  Each Lotus car is built by hand, tested around the famous test track at the factory in Hethel, and assured of performance through efficient, lightweight construction.

A line-up of Lotus Exige Sport 350 and Elise Sport 220 cars will be on display at Wearnes Automotive Thailand showroom on Ramkhamhaeng Road, which is expected to be completed and open for service within quarter 4 of 2021.
